Refund Policy – Sungazer Biz

At Sungazer Biz, we strive to provide a fun and smooth experience for all participants. As our products involve event registrations and customised merchandise, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on Sungazer Biz are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in this policy.

2. Event Registration (Virtual & Physical Runs)

  • All event registrations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been successfully made.

  • This applies to both:

    • Virtual runs

    • Physical (offline) events

  • Failure to participate, complete the run, or submit proof does not qualify for a refund.

3. Race Kits & Merchandise (T-shirts, Medals, etc.)

  • Items such as T-shirts, medals, and race kits are typically produced based on your order (made-to-order).

  • Therefore:

    • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed for:

      • Incorrect size selection

      • Change of mind

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

4. Order Changes / Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • This includes changes to:

    • T-shirt size

    • Event category

    • Shipping details (after processing)

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

We will only offer a replacement if:

  • You received a defective item, or

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item

  • Provide clear photo evidence

We will arrange a replacement where applicable. Refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that Sungazer Biz cancels an event:

  • Participants may be offered:

    • A replacement event, or

    • Alternative compensation (e.g. equivalent product or credit)

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis

7. Shipping Issues

  • Sungazer Biz is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier services

    • Customs clearance

  • Lost parcels may be investigated, but refunds are not guaranteed.
