By registering or participating in any event organized by Sungazer Biz, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

 

1. Event Participation

1.1. All participants must register through the official registration channel provided by Sungazer Biz.

1.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

1.3. Sungazer Biz reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to comply with event rules.

1.4. Participants must be in good health and physically fit to participate. Sungazer Biz will not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, or fatalities arising during or after the event.

1.5. Minors (below 18 years old) must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering.

 

2. Event Kit & Collection

2.1. All event kits (e.g. t-shirts, medals, or merchandise, if applicable) must be collected at the designated venue, date, and time as announced.

2.2. Sungazer Biz will not ship or deliver event kits unless otherwise stated.

2.3. Failure to collect event kits during the scheduled period will be considered a forfeiture. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

 

3. Event Changes & Cancellation

3.1. Sungazer Biz reserves the right to modify event details or cancel any event at its sole discretion.

3.2. Participants will be notified of any such changes through official communication channels (email, website, or social media).

3.3. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, natural disaster, government restrictions, safety concerns), merchandise will still be distributed, no refund will be made, and the event will be deemed successfully completed.

 

4. Liability & Indemnity

4.1. Sungazer Biz, its staff, sponsors, and partners shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death incurred during the event.

4.2. Participants agree to indemnify Sungazer Biz against any claims or liabilities arising from their participation.

 

5. Media & Privacy

5.1. By participating, you grant Sungazer Biz the right to use photos, videos, or other media of the event featuring you for promotional purposes.

5.2. Personal information collected will be used solely for event management, communication, and updates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

 

6. General

6.1. Sungazer Biz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

6.2. The final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions lies solely with Sungazer Biz.
